The con­struc­tion license sold by Bautex autho­rizes you to construct one building at a single location using the design. Addi­tion­al con­struc­tion licenses can be purchased for an addi­tion­al fee. The Single Build Con­struc­tion License includes a full set of con­struc­tion plans with your option of either PDF or CAD format (see pricing below).

Con­struc­tion license options include:

Single Build Con­struc­tion License: Each set of plans you purchase includes a Single Build Con­struc­tion License that entitles you to build your home at the property listed on the license. 

Sub­se­quent Single-Use Con­struc­tion License: If you want to build an addi­tion­al home using plans for which you have already purchased a Single Build Con­struc­tion License, you can obtain a Sub­se­quent Single-Use Con­struc­tion Licenses for building at another lot. 

Unlimited Build Con­struc­tion License: If you want to build multiple homes using plans for which you have already purchased a Single Build Con­struc­tion License, you can obtain an Unlimited-Build Con­struc­tion License allowing you to build on multiple lots.
