Bautex Systems, LLC, the manufacturer of Bautex Block, is now offering a comprehensive training and certification program for contractors installing the Batuex Wall System. This education program builds on the company’s commitment to providing the construction industry with the tools and resources necessary to be successful and profitable in constructing high-performance buildings with the Bautex Wall System.
The Batuex Construction Training Course is a half-day education program that provides both construction theory and principles in a classroom setting, as well as practical hands-on construction training in the field. This course gives contractors the technical skills and knowledge required to build safely, efficiently and confidently.
“A certified installer program is key to any product since that product will only perform as expected if it is installed correctly,” said Amy Pelton, LEED AP BD&C, CDT of Windle + Volpe Architects of Houston, Texas. “The certification program will help to reassure the architect and the building owner that the product is installed correctly, and give them a broad network of installers to work with that are experienced with the Bautex Wall System.”
In addition to construction training, Bautex offers on-demand construction field support to installing contractors so they can ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget. The Bautex team helps contractors through the entire process, from pre-bid to final completion of the project.
The Bautex Wall System is a commercial concrete wall system that integrates strength, durability, energy efficiency and design flexibility at a cost that is competitive with traditional building methods. The Bautex Block is made from a specially formulated insulating composite material that utilizes 50% recycled components.
