Come See Us at TxA 80th Annual Conference and Design Expo

We hope you will join us next month in Galveston, Texas at the beautiful Moody Gardens for immersion”, the Texas Society of Architects 80th annual Conference and Design Expo on Thursday, October 24, 2019.

This year, Bautex Systems will be in Booth #821 with an exciting new presentation to share with you. Our booth, Advancing the Way Texas Builds,” is designed around the 3 Pillars that Bautex is built on: our Products, People and Process.

Pillar 1 - Products: Reduce Time, Save Money, Superior Performance

The products that we develop and bring to market are designed to save projects time and money, AND, at the same time, deliver superior, long-lasting performance. Bautex took insulated concrete block, a time-tested European construction technology, and successfully commercialized it in the United States by revolutionizing and automating the manufacturing process and developing the product testing, design tools and technical support services needed to help project teams deliver high-performance buildings faster and on budget.

The Bautex Wall System integrates structure and enclosure in a fully-tested solution that is installed quickly and efficiently by a single trade. This reduces labor and trades, shortens construction schedules, and eliminates costly rework and warranty risk, saving projects money compared to light framing, concrete masonry and concrete tilt panel construction.

Pillar 2 - People: A Powerful Addition to your Project Team

The Bautex team of construction, high tech and finance industry veterans came together to apply 21st-century business practices to time-tested building technology in order to drive real innovation in a stagnant and struggling construction market.

One of our core values is helping others improve their lives and achieve their goals even if we do not benefit directly. We endeavor to provide value in every interaction we have, in areas related to construction and even far beyond.

In an industry that continues to make small incremental improvements to existing building technologies that increase costs and barely keep up with building codes, Bautex is thinking far ahead by providing the industry with fully integrated product and service solutions that help control the cost of construction while providing performance that is significantly better across a wide range of benefits. The Bautex team is laser-focused on the science, engineering and building codes that drive energy efficiency, indoor air quality (IAQ), thermal comfort, indoor acoustical quality, fire protection, windstorm safety, sustainability and resilience. We become a powerful extension of your project team and help make design and construction simpler and faster for you.

Pillar 3 - Process: A Proven Process for Successful Innovation

THE BAUTEX ADVANTAGE

Building professionals and owners work directly with Bautex through the entire life cycle of the design and construction process. Bautex becomes an integral part of the project development team to help drive a successful implementation using our proven project support process.

In the Project Evaluation phase, the Bautex team is engaged on projects early in design, starting with an evaluation of owner project requirements and goals, design intents, and technical challenges and limitations. We help project teams evaluate where Bautex solutions fit and how best to integrate them into the building.

During the Design & Engineering phase, Bautex provides a holistic review of the project including performance specifications, structural requirements, floor and roof options, envelope details, window and door connections, interior and exterior finish options, mechanical design, construction timing and sequencing, and budget estimating. Bautex can also provide delegated structural engineering services when required.

Finally, during Construction, the Bautex team works directly with general contractors and their subcontractors starting with a thorough training program to cover all of the budgeting and construction steps. We provide technical support from bidding, mock-up wall construction, initial site layout and block installation, concrete pour, structural connections, air and moisture barrier application, and through to the final installation of finishes.

The Proof:

The Gallery Wall in our booth stands behind our three pillars, both in the booth and as the result of the power of our product, our people and our proven process. The Bautex story all comes together in this collection of completed projects that exemplify the benefits and value of our 3 Pillars: a solid foundation upon which you can build.

Stop by our booth at the Design Expo and speak to one of our industry experts who can show you how to use the most innovative and advanced building technology available on the market today. Together, we can work to build a world where all people can work, live and play in buildings that are sustainable, resilient, healthy and efficient. Learn More.
