Oliver T. W. Lee

Chief Executive Officer

As founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bautex Systems, Oliver is responsible for setting the strategic mission and vision of the company, and for the overall financial and operational management of the business. He works directly with the Bautex team to build long-term financial plans and establish operational processes and capabilities that ensure adherence to industry best practices for operating performance, financial controls and risk management. Oliver is also a key contributor to the company’s research and development program.

Oliver has over 20 years of finance and investment experience providing investment and portfolio management services to a select base of high-net-worth individuals, with a particular focus on portfolio risk management and investments in hedge funds, private equity and venture capital. He serves as the President of Causeway Advisory Group, LLC, and is currently serving as a Director and Trustee for several for-profit and non-profit organizations, including two private trust companies and Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.

Oliver received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity University, his MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and his JD (Cum Laude) from the Duke University School of Law.

Paul S. Brown

President

Paul leads the Bautex team, managing the strategic operating and financial plans and sets the long-term business objectives and goals for the company. He works with the operations and sales leadership teams to create and refine the implementation plans necessary to achieve the company’s core objectives. Paul also serves as the principal marketing executive for the company and is responsible for developing and managing the company’s marketing communications, product marketing and public relations programs. He is a contributor to the company’s research and product development efforts.

Paul has devoted his career to building innovative start-up companies in a wide range of industries including consumer goods manufacturing, enterprise software, web technologies, and IP telecommunications. He has founded and launched successful start-up companies from initial product development and launch to company acquisition, and has served in key leadership roles in executive management, marketing, product management, sales operations and technical publications.

Paul received his Bachelor of Arts from the Plan II Honors Program at The University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and received his LEED Green Associate credentials from the US Green Building Council.

Chris Noone

Vice President Sales and Business Development

Chris is the strategic sales and business development leader at Bautex, focused on developing direct and channel market programs and building motivated sales teams to service architects, engineers, contractors and building owners across the South-Central U.S. region. His vision drives Bautex direct sales representatives and distribution partners in developing and executing go-to-market programs that successfully meet company objectives while serving the priority needs of the market.

Chris is a true agent of change at Bautex and a trusted voice in the regional construction and building products industries. He is an accomplished sales management professional with more than 12 years of successful performance in the building products industry. He most recently served as Vice President Sales for Oldcastle, Inc. where he successfully managed a team of 31 serving the Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma markets.

Chris received his Bachelor of Sciences from Kansas State University and is certified by the National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA) and Interlocking Concrete Paving Institute (ICPI).

Chris J. Leonard

Director of Operations and Technical Services

Chris is responsible for all plant operations and strategic planning, including budgeting, system and process design, production scheduling, quality assurance and testing, and staff training. He manages all safety and environmental compliance programs, leads lean manufacturing process evaluations, and is a principal contributor to the company’s R&D program. Chris also manages the Construction Support and Technical Services teams at Bautex, working with architects, engineers and contractors to successfully build with Bautex Block.

Chris previously served as Director of Operations for Heldenfels Enterprises, Inc., a large structural precast manufacturer. Chris managed large commercial and institutional construction projects through scheduling, production, and delivery. As the primary lean manufacturing resource at his company, Chris developed and led company-wide process improvement programs and managed key vendor relationships.

Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio and has earned the US Green Building Council LEED AP, ACI Field Tech, PCI Level III, OSHA Trainer, Six-Sigma/Lean Manufacturing Training designations, and was part of the 2009 Leadership PCI class.

L. Duane Holloway

Construction Support Manager

Duane manages the Bautex Installer Program providing construction training and technical support to general contractors and specialty trades who are building with the Bautex Wall System. He leads contractors who are new to the Bautex Wall System through the Bautex Contruction Training Course, teaching them construction concepts and techniques that will help them complete projects designed with the Bautex Wall System. Duane also provides extensive remote and on-site technical support to contractors through all phases of a project, from bidding and budgeting through final completion.

Duane is a proven construction veteran with over 20 years working on large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects, starting as an iron worker and working his way up to key management positions. He most recently served as Project Superintendent for Cajun Constructors of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Duane has successfully managed projects for Dow Chemical, The United States Army Corps of Engineers, and several municipalities in the Southwest and Southeast United States.
